The course also help those are willing to complete 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in two sessions. This 100 hours Yoga Teacher Training course is designed for beginners and for those are exploring for short term courses. After completion, students may return to rejoin Pure Ganga Yoga to complete the 200 hour curriculum any time.
